Previously, we blogged about a list of personalized gifts that men can give to their ladies on Valentine’s Day. (Read here: Valentine’s Gift Ideas for the Wife) Now, it’s time to reciprocate the feeling. Men love gifts too!
The first set of things women think will send their man to the moon include wristwatches, gadgets and if you’re lucky, a car. But how well do you know your man and how unpredictable and personal can you be to give them the most unforgettable Valentine’s gift ever!
Breakfast in bed
A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. That would include pancakes and waffles. You cook for him almost everyday. It would not be too difficult to rise up a little bit early for a special Valentine’s breakfast. He would appreciate a little love note there too.
A Valentine Xbox tournament
Most women think that Xbox is stealing their men away from them. This Valentine’s day, give him the Xbox moment of his life. Secretly practice some skills and talk to his friends for techniques. When V-day arrives, give him one great game that he will not forget. How’s that for a memorable Valentine’s date?
Personalize his favorite items
Think of the things that he use everyday. There are a lot of things you can personalize as a gift to your guy: coffee mug, gadget cases, neck tie, car pillows, and even the mouse pad on his office table. You can print your favorite quote as a couple, funny expressions you’ve said to each other, lines from his favorite superhero film or a beautiful family portrait. Be creative. Of course you can! You’re inspired!
An track list of his favorite songs
You can’t be there all the time when he drives his way to the office or during his morning run. But you can remind him of your thoughtfulness by surprising him with a playlist of his favorite songs. This is also a way to measure how well you know your partner if you can pick the exact songs that he likes.
You can go rough with a rock loop of music that includes Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springsteen, Kiss, and Bono among others. Or maybe he likes some classics with Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett. Don’t stereotype. Real men listens to pop music too which may even include tracks from Adele, Beyonce, Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj. Songs from your wedding will make a great playlist too! The key is to always lend an ear.
